I suppose that if you just happened upon this site that you might be thinking that its about life on the prairie, farming, quilting, or some other wholesome “heartland” activity one might associate with a site named Prairie Chronicles.  If that is the case, then we regret to inform you that this site is simply about the Dickinson family, and while we live in Kansas, we only live 2 miles or so inside of it, and on top of that we live in the Kansas Cite metro, instead of on a farm.  We have a garden, but as our lot is only 50 feet wide, it could hardly be called a farm.  We own a few quilts I suppose, but know nothing of quilting.  Finally, we live in a prairie state, but their are plenty of trees around here.
